五、安装与调试

  1. 安装前检查:确保探头的丝口光滑平整,探头表面无油污或其它异物。旋转固定螺帽应进退自如,无卡涩现象。
  2. 安装间距调整:使用卡尺量准汽轮机转子与上缸开口丝孔的间距,然后旋转探头上的固定螺帽,将螺帽与探头前端的距离调整至稍大于量准的间距位置。探头旋进时用力不要过猛,以免损坏探头。
  3. 电源检查:在现场本特利前置放大器的VT端和COM端接上万用表,检查24V电源是否正常。
  4. 电缆连接:确保探头电缆的连接接头与前置放大器的延伸电缆的连接接头连接良好。并使用接头保护器或热缩管、绝缘胶带将延伸电缆的连接接头包好,严禁将接头裸露或与任何金属接触。
  5. 调整探头间距:使用万用表接好本特利前置放大器的OUT端和COM端,然后旋转探头上的固定螺帽,调整探头与转子的间距至标准电压值9.75V。
  6. 检查微机显示:最后检查微机显示的相应轴振示值是否正常。在停机盘车状态下,轴振示值应在10um以下为正常。

1、 Product Overview

BENTLY 3500/42 128240-01 Bentley displacement velocity monitor can be installed with compact guide rails or traditional panel mounting. The installation hole position is the same as the previous four hole installation of the 3300 preamplifier, and no independent insulation board is required. In the fiber protective cover, the monitor will not be affected by nearby radio signals.

2、 Functional Features

Multi functional measurement: This monitor can perform both static (displacement) and dynamic (vibration) measurements, mainly used for vibration and displacement measurement of oil film bearing machinery, as well as key phase and speed measurement.

High compatibility: This module can receive inputs from various replacement models of sensors, including 3300XL 8mm, 3300 RAM, 3300 5mm and 8mm, 3300 16mm, HTPS 7200 5mm, 8mm, 11mm, and 14mm.

Programmable alarm: The 3500 rack configuration software can be used to configure warning settings, set alarm settings for each valid proportional value, and set danger settings for two of the proportional values.

4-channel monitoring: With 4 channels, it can receive signals from displacement, velocity, and acceleration sensors, process these signals, and then compare them with user programmed alarm values.

5、 Installation and Debugging

Pre installation inspection: Ensure that the wire mouth of the probe is smooth and flat, and that the surface of the probe is free of oil stains or other foreign objects. The rotating fixed nut should move back and forth freely without any jamming phenomenon.

Installation spacing adjustment: Use a caliper to measure the distance between the turbine rotor and the upper cylinder opening screw hole, and then rotate the fixed nut on the probe to adjust the distance between the nut and the front end of the probe to a position slightly larger than the measured distance. When rotating the probe, do not apply too much force to avoid damaging the probe.

Power inspection: Connect a multimeter to the VT and COM terminals of the Bentley preamplifier on site to check if the 24V power supply is working properly.

Cable connection: Ensure that the connection joint of the probe cable is well connected to the connection joint of the extension cable of the preamplifier. And use joint protectors, heat shrink tubing, and insulating tape to wrap the connection joints of the extension cable. It is strictly prohibited to expose the joints or come into contact with any metal.

Adjust probe spacing: Use a multimeter to connect the OUT and COM terminals of the Bentley preamplifier, then rotate the fixed nut on the probe to adjust the distance between the probe and the rotor to the standard voltage value of 9.75V.

Check the microcomputer display: Finally, check whether the corresponding shaft vibration reading displayed on the microcomputer is normal. In the shutdown and turning state, the shaft vibration reading should be below 10um to be considered normal.
